What does the Charitee System cost golfers and what can they win?

For an optional $5 purchase, the golfer will win $10,000 if they hit a Hole-in-One on the designated hole or a $25 gift certificate to the pro shop if their tee shot lands within the flagstick (seven feet). Charitee Golf pays the entire cost of all the prizes.

What does it cost a course to install the Charitee System?

There is no cost, risk or commitment required from the golf course. Charitee Golf pays for the entire cost of installation, maintenance, prizes and every cost associated with the program. The course only pays Charitee Golf their share of the revenue after they have sold the product and collected payment. If for any reason, the course is not happy with the program, they can cancel and Charitee Golf will pay all costs associated with removing their equipment.

We are so confident in the value of our system, we can offer it to the course with no risk or downside.

How does the course benefit from the Charitee System?

  1. Excitement - The Charitee System adds excitement to your golfers’ normal round. This excitement will differentiate your course and drive the volume of rounds.

  2. Free profit dollars from the sale of the Charitee System -The course gets a percentage of sales generated by the Charitee System. At many courses, our product is the highest grossing and most profitable item carried in the pro shop without any downside or inventory costs.

  3. Dramatically increase merchandise sales at the course - As a result of awarding golfers a $25 gift certificate if they hit their tee shot within the flagstick, the Charitee System can easily create over $1,000 a month in additional merchandise sales. Charitee Golf pays the golf course for each certificate awarded. When golfers redeem the gift certificate, they typically spend 25-50% more than the value of the gift certificate spurring further pro shop sales.

What is involved with the installation process and how long does it take?

A typical installation can be completed in one day and does not effect play. Charitee Golf installs one pole discretely behind the green housing the cameras and a small kiosk near the tee area. Both the pole and the kiosk are solar powered and wireless so there isn’t a need to trench up the course with power and data cables. If for whatever reason the course is not satisfied with the program, Charitee Golf can pull the entire system in a few hours without leaving any trace we were there.

What is the purpose of the kiosk?

Golfer pay the additional $5 to participate in the Charitee System when they pay for their green fees. If they opt into the contest, they receive a ticket with a four digit code. When they get to the hole with the Charitee System, they enter the code in the kiosk. This triggers our cameras and timestamps when the golfer arrived at the hole, so we can quickly and easily review footage of winning shots.

Does the Charitee System slow down play?

No. It takes less than 10 seconds for a golfer to enter their code. The entire group enters their codes when they arrive at the hole and they do not have to hit in that same order.

How does Charitee Golf bill the course?

Charitee Golf bills the course at the end of each month for their share of ticket sales from the Charitee System.
