Golf Company Announces New Identity, Expanded Program Offering,

and Recent Hole-in-One Winners

Cleveland, OH, April 22, 2008

Program improvements increase prize offering adding more excitement

Charitee Golf, a leading provider of hole-in-one monitoring systems today announced that the company has been rebranded as VeriShot. The change eliminates any confusion over the company status as a for-profit entity and more fully describes what the system does and the program it offers. “Our new name better reflects our overall program,” said Dan Quigg, Chief Executive Officer of VeriShot. “VeriShot remains committed to promote charitable causes, but we recognize that our program and system have broad promotional appeal outside of these charitable causes”, noted Quigg.

The VeriShot program for golf courses across the country has been expanded and improved. One of the program improvements adds a prize for hitting a shot within the flagstick. The prize is redeemed in the form of a golf shop certificate resulting in additional golf shop sales. Further the prize for hitting a shot within two feet has been increased. “The additional prizes increase the chances that a golfer will win a prize and that adds excitement”, said Quigg. “This is reflected in our tagline – “Excitement for every golfer, every round”. The improved program pays more prizes overall and more of the prizes are redeemed at the golf shop.

Excitement abounded over the past few days as VeriShot reported two hole-in-one winners. Clinton Garrett hit a hole-in-one on the difficult 12th hole in 40 mph winds at Canyon West in Weatherford, TX on Friday, April 18 winning $10,000. “I couldn’t believe it when my friends told me that it went in the cup. I was so excited I threw my club into the water and ran to the green. Sure enough it was right inside the cup. I pulled the ball right out of the hole and kissed it”, said Garrett. “The course was abuzz with excitement”, said Derek Peterson, Director of Golf at Canyon West. “I believe this will definitely help generate interest in our golf course and increase rounds played”.

“We have had the VeriShot Hole-in-One system at our course for a year. In a market where golf is so competitive, we use the VeriShot system as a great way to differentiate us from our competitors. It is a great tool to have when you can build a Hole-in-One contest into a tournament price. We have also seen increases in our other revenues, due to the specials we can include on the actual VeriShot ticket we give to the players. As a golf course it is a no brainer to have this system in place,” said Troy Anderson, Director of Sales and Marketing for Siena and Arroyo Country Club at Red Rock in Las Vegas, NV.
