The VeriShot Hole-in-One Monitoring System (the System) offers golf courses an additive revenue opportunity while improving their golfers’ experience. The VeriShot System uses a unique combination of automated solar powered video monitoring, wireless technology, and touch screen applications so that golf courses can offer hole-in-one, closest-to-the-pin, and other contests to every golfer, every round, adding excitement, improving golfer satisfaction, and increasing profits. Until now, these contests were only offered at outings and events due to the need for human intervention and the requirement of insurance coverage.

Average rounds played at daily fee courses have declined 14% in the past five years due to overbuilding and increased competition. The Verishot System provides golf courses with the means to increase revenue with no up-front investment and no operating costs.

Golf courses sell the experience of VeriShot system to their course customers through their daily fee play process and as part of pre-booked outings. The golfer receives a ticket generated by the VeriShot System with a control number that is entered at a kiosk at the hole. If the golfer hits a hole-in-one or hits a shot within two feet of the pin, they dial a 1-800 number to claim the prize. VeriShot customer service then verifies the shot via the captured video footage. VeriShot pays all setup, installation, training, program operation, and prize costs and splits revenue with the course. VeriShot also makes a contribution to pre-determined charities based on revenue generated and prizes paid.

Dan Quigg
Chief Executive Officer

Dan Quigg is a serial entrepreneur and has held senior management positions for 22 years. Dan was President/CEO of RIS Logic and Founder/CEO of OmniVista Software Corporation, and Business Systems Consultants. Each company achieved annual growth rates exceeding 60 percent and were sold for 300-800 percent cumulative returns to shareholders. Post-acquisitions, Dan served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Professional Services for Merge Healthcare and Vice President, General Manager for Best Software. Dan began his career as a licensed CPA with KPMG for 7 years and has a B.S. degree from Valparaiso University and an MBA for Case Western Reserve University.

Dan is a former Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and winner of the Smart Magazine Rising Star Award. He was also the inaugural winner of the Weatherhead School of Management EMBA Leadership Award. Dan serves as an advisor for several startup and emerging growth companies including guiding Nine Iron Innovations (dba VeriShot) as CEO. He also serves as an advisor for several NGO organizations involved in developing countries.

David Allen
Director of Technical Operations

David Allen offers 30 years of technological experience and engineering expertise to VeriShot. His Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree coupled with his Executive Masters of Business Administration degree has afforded him the opportunity to work for high profile organizations. Through his employment at a leading medical equipment manufacturer, he developed two patents in the field of sensor technology along with providing more than 160 credible ideas for new products and product improvement. David realizes the innovative nature and exceptional potential of VeriShot and is excited to develop and implement the advanced technologies that will make the VeriShot Hole-in-one monitoring system a success.

Steve Hiltebrant
Director of Sales

Steve Hiltebrant brings to Verishot, a new energy and vision for strategic planning, marketing, and sales development. Steve is responsible for overseeing national sales and golf course service operations. Steve obtained his B.A. in Business Administration from Cleveland State University and prior to joining VeriShot; Steve held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Direct Sales at Hiltebrant Industrial Sales. Steve comes to VeriShot with a background that consists of the perfect combination of both sales and golf industry experience.

Erika Mahran
Office & Customer Service Manager

Erika Mahran brings over 13 years of Administrative and Office Management experience to VeriShot. Erika provides internal administrative support as well as external customer support to our winners and golf courses utilizing the VeriShot System. Prior to joining the staff at VeriShot, Erika worked for Washington Mutual Bank as an Executive Assistant and Data Analyst to the Director of National Business Solutions.
